We get many students who come in asking how to get involved with ASSU.\u00a0 There are many opportunities for students in the Faculty.\u00a0 The best way we normally suggest is to find the course union related to your field of study.\u00a0 If you are unfamiliar with the course unions, you can find the ones recognized under ASSU here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Another great way to get involved is through our tutoring program called Project: Universal Minds<\/p>\n

ASSU also hosts the Arts and Science Undergrad Research Conference. This yearly conference brings together hundreds of students for a one-day event showcasing the best in research across the different disciplines of our Faculty. Another fantastic place to find out extra curriculars on campus is the Student Organization Portal<\/a>.\u00a0 It is regularly updated by Student Life and has a constant stream of events on there.\u00a0 Finally, if in doubt come by the ASSU office and speak to the Executives or staff on site.\u00a0 They’d be happy to guide you in the right direction.\u00a0 U of T is a daunting school, with an enormous student population, ASSU is here to make it a little easier on you.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n
